How it works
You don’t need to be a player to run the club. Create it in about five minutes, and add your fixtures before you pay anything.
Your club’s name, sport and public page, your logo and the spots it goes on, then the spots sponsors can bid on.
Save the club card, then invite your players by email. Each one takes four phone photos for their own 3D model.
Choose the spaces on your featured player’s model, who wears each one, and the lowest bid you’ll take. Accept the winners, play, and get paid in 5 parts.
One season, start to finish
Every step has a deadline, and the money is collected before the season starts. XPO8 is the seller of record: it takes the sponsor’s payments and pays the club.
Publish your spaces, who wears each one, your minimums and when bidding closes.
Each bid charges a 10% deposit on the fee-inclusive total. Outbid sponsors get theirs back.
The top bid on each space wins. The winner pays the rest within 24 hours.
See every winning brand first. Refuse, or don’t answer, and the sponsor is refunded in full. It costs the club nothing.
The logos go on the spaces they won, on the players each deal covers.
A photo or video that shows the logos. A part with no fixtures needs proof of activity instead.
Your XPO8 manager checks it. The sponsor sees it too.
20% of the club’s share, 7 days after each part of the season ends, by bank transfer.
Nothing happens. The space stays unsold and you can offer it again next season. No selling fee.
Add, move or cancel fixtures as the season changes. The club still delivers what it sold, and XPO8 handles any sponsor refund.
The deal carries on with the rest of the squad, and their kit is theirs again.
What the club takes home
The sponsor pays a 5% fee on top of their bid, and XPO8 keeps 5% of the bid. Everything else goes to the club’s bank.

The example season pays the club $1,491.50. That covers 32 months of the club plan for all 18 players, at US$45.81 a month. The plan is billed separately.
