How backing
works

Your deposit confirms a bid. If you are outbid it is refunded; if you win, pay the balance within 24 hours. XPO8 refunds payments actually collected if the supplier refuses or does not answer within 48 hours.

$160 on Maya’s chest

You bid $160 for space 1, Maya Chen’s chest, at the London Marathon. The 5% security fee makes the total $168; XPO8 collects a 10% deposit when you submit and, if you win, you pay the rest within 24 hours. After full payment, Maya has 48 hours to accept. They race on 21 November and upload photos from the day. Once the proof is approved and the seven-day timing gate has passed, XPO8 pays $152, 95% of your bid, by bank transfer.

A $100 bid costs $105: $10.50 when you bid and $94.50 more if you win; the supplier receives $95. Sponsors and suppliers must be 18 or over. All amounts are in US dollars. What you take home

95% of every winning bid, paid by bank transfer to your account anywhere, 7 days after the race once your proof is approved. Season deals pay in five 20% instalments. Sponsors pay a 5% security fee on top. No Stripe account needed.

Your profile and photos are free. Your 14-day trial starts when you save your card, just before your model is made, with the first charge when it ends.
US$4.99/month until 1 January 2027, 00:00 Hong Kong time, then US$9.99/month for everyone.
Up to three new outfit models per rolling 30 days.
Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the period. It never cancels sponsorships you have, proof, issues or money you’ve earned.
